Return Policy


You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to your address to initiate a return. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • For international returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Please Note:

  • Ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging. Products not meeting these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.


Replacement Policy


  • You may request a replacement for wrong or defective products.
  • The replacement request must be made within 30 days of order delivery.
  • If more than 30 days have passed, we're unable to offer a replacement.
  • If the product is deemed defective, we will cover any costs incurred during the return.
