Return and Replacement Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Original packaging
How to return:
- You will cover the return shipping cost.
- For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance to avoid lost parcels.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll email you to confirm if your return has been approved or declined.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Replacements
If you received a defective or wrong item, we will replace it for you.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a replacement.
- If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Additional Info
- Customs duties and taxes paid during delivery cannot be refunded.
