Returns & Exchanges


We accept returns of all unused product within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.


Return and exchange may be requested should there be a wrong or defective product sent.

Please ensure that the item(s) is in original condition and original packaging. All product must be returned in the original selling condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

Any costs incurred during the return will be covered by us if we deemed the product to be defected.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have opt for free shipping upon checkout, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear custom.

If you are shipping an item internationally, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
