Returns & Replacement Policy
- Our return policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.
- Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
(If you are shipping an item internationally, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.)
- Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Please ensure that the item(s) is in original condition and original packaging. All product must be returned in the original selling condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
- Replacement may be requested should there be a wrong or defective product sent.
- Our replacement policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.
- Any costs incurred during the return will be covered by us if we deemed the product to be defected.
- We cannot refund duties and taxes that you have paid to clear custom.
