Where are your products made and designed

  • Our wallets and products are thoughtfully designed in Singapore. Production takes place in both China and Singapore, in collaboration with expert leather craftsmen to ensure high quality.

Quality Assurance

How do you ensure the quality of your products?

  • Each item is crafted by skilled leatherworkers and undergoes a two-step quality check: first at the factory and then by our team in Singapore before shipping.

Packaging

What's the packaging like for your products?

  • Each product is packaged in a special gift box and wrapped securely in bubble wrap to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

RFID Protection

Do your wallets protect against RFID scanning?

  • Yes, all our wallets have RFID-blocking layers to protect your card information. While not 100% foolproof, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized scanning. Our RFID fabric is effective for frequencies used by credit cards (13.56Mhz).

Materials

What materials are your wallets made from?

  • Our wallets are crafted from full-grain & top-grain cow-hide leather, known for its strength and durability.

What is Saffiano leather?

  • Saffiano leather features a distinctive crosshatch pattern, making it resistant to stains, scratches, and water. This is achieved by pressing the leather with a machine and finishing it with a protective wax.

What is crazy horse leather?

  • Crazy horse leather, also known as saddle leather, is full-grain leather treated with a special wax to give it a unique, rugged look and feel.

  • Where do you ship your products from?

We ship all our products worldwide from Singapore.

  • Will I have to pay custom tax fees?

  • Orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and fees imposed by your country. These costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before ordering. Customs processes can sometimes add to delivery time.
